|  Free Speech and the Reputation of Justice at stake!  Injusticebusters Richard Klassen and Sheila Steele will not, under orders from Court or anyone else shut up about this case. A full public inquiry will eventually be necessary to wash away the swill but for now we insist on making public every single detail of this scandal of the century. Saskatchewan Justice would do well to revisit its policy regarding disclosure and publication bans! As reported , the judge was not impressed with the defendants' complaints. He said he wants the claim to go to trial. The plaintiffs want the claim to go to trial. The whole country now knows the story. There is nowhere left for these criminal officers of the court and holders of public office to hide. The Jan. 24 re-airing of the Fifth Estate show has brought the plaintiffs even more support. And that support is building every day that this goes on.
On March 21, fresh evidence of Dueck's tendency to malice appeared from unexpected quarters. The StarPhoenix reported Dueck's threat to send Hell's Angels after a man's family in a totally unrelated case from April, 1997.
