Another time Crystal was home
alone with Grandpa Klassen when he said,
"I'll give you some money if you show me your vagina."
And again it had
occurred.
Crystal was then asked question,
sis he ever touch you? Answer, "yes,
with his hands on my vagina, he used his whole hand."
She was then asked the question,
did it happen over the top of your
clothes, or underneath, Crystal's answer was "my pants were
down."
Gradnpa Klassen had his clothes
on every time and only touched her with
his hands, happened when she was about 8 or 9 years old.
Crystal then related another
incident in the garage when he said that he
would give her money if he could see her vagina, Crystal states
st this
time she did not allow it to happen.
Crystal was asked the question,
Do you think that Grandpa Klassen ever
did this to anyone else? She stated, "He might have, to the
neighbour
kids," This would relate back to the original occurrence
that started
this investigation.
Crystal was asked question,
"How about at Pam;s house?" Her answer, "he
could have." When asked about Ashley Sherman? He could have
I don't
know. When asked about Mickey? "Idon't know."
She then related another incident
in the garage when Grandpa asked to
see Crystal's vagina for $2. He then touched her vagina with his
hand.
It was not the same incident as the one that involved the Keller
girls
in occurrence 71037-89, the feeling is that this is probably the
garage
at 225 Ottawa Ave. South.
Crystal also relates the time
when her brother Trevor Morin was there
and Grandpa Klassen had said to Trevor let's pull Crystal's pants
down
and they had both then laughed.

Shannivia Mayes (Hardy) videotaped disclosures of sexual abuse.
#1, occurrence number 26742-91,
accussed name Diane Kvello (former
foster parent of Shannivia Mayes.
During the interview with Shannivia
Mayes (Hardy) on 90-03-23, Shannivia
is a very bright child. She named her private parts as her peanut,
her
bum and boobs. Peanut being her

Vagina.
Shannivia was then asked if
anyone had ever touched her that made her
feel bad or uncomfortable and she stated, yes, Dianne.
She went on to state that it
had happened in Shannivia's room at Dianne
and Dennis's house. Shannivia had her clothes off, Dianne had
her
clothes on. Shannivia was standing and Dianne was sitting on the
bed.
Diane had touched Shannivia's vagina with her hand, front and
back. She
demonstrated with the anatomically correct dolls.
She was asked how she felt when
this happened. She stated, "I felt mad."
She wasn't made to touch Dianne. It should also be noted that
the
disclosure by Michael Ross regarding the incident involving the
three
Mayes children, the three Ross children and Dennis and Dianne
Kvello,
Dale and Anita Klassen and John and Myrna Klassen.
Sardi Mayes (Hardy) videotaped disclosure of sexual abuse.
Occurrence number 26743-91,
accused name Dianne Kvello (former foster
parent of Sardi)
Sardi Mayes (Hardy) videotaped
interview was done on 90-03-23. AT this
time, she named her private parts as her peepee and her bum. Her
peepee
being her vagina.
She named Dianne Kvello as someone
who had touched her that made her
feel bad or uncomfortable. She states that Dainne Kvello had touched
her
peepee, She demonstrated with the anatomically correct dolls with
Sardi
standing and Dianne kneeling in front of Sardi. This happened
in Sardi's
room. Sardi had her clothes off, Dainne had her clothes on. She
demonstrated Dianne inserting her finger in Sardi's vagina.
Stephan Mayes (Hardy) viseotaped disclosure of sexual abuse.
#1, occurrence number 26744-91,
accused Dianne Kvello. (former foster
parent of Stephan.)
Stephan was interviewed, 91-03-23,
named his private parts as his penis
and his bum.
He listed several places where
he had been touched. The first one being
by his birth mom, Corey and then by two teenage boys at his birth
mom's
place. Then by a girl at the Lavallee foster home and by a friend,
who
was 10 years old too.
Stephan then disclosed abuse
by Dianne Kvello, it happened in Dianne's
bedroom, both Stephan and Diane had their clothes off. He then
demonstrated with the anatomically correct dolls

Using the doll boy and the adult
female and showed Dianne touching his
penis, and then showed Dianne lying on top of him and inserting
the
penis in her vagina.
