It to them, he did it to Kathy
as well, and also the two incidents in
the Kvello home where the one time when Dale and Anita Klassen
and the
three Ross children were in the basement chalk room and the second
time
when the three Mayes kids, as well as the three Ross kids Dale
and Anita
Klassen, Dennis and Diane Kvello, and John and Myrna Klassen were
in the
basement abusing the children.
Accused #6, occurrence number
26721-91, Accused name Peter Klassen Sr.
(Grandpa Klassen, father of Dale Klassen. Kathy Ross' disclosure
of the
abuse by Grandpa Klassen. She stated that Grandpa Klassen lives
at Pam
Klassen's house. That Grandpa Klassen touched Kathy in the bathroom
at
Pam's house. Kathy had her clothes off. Only Grandpa and Kathy
were in
the bathroom. Kathy states, "he put his penis in my vagina."
Kathy was
lying down in the bathtub with a towel underneath her, Grandpa
was on
top of her.
Kathy was asked how many times
Grandpa touched her? She stated, "about
100 times." Kathy was five years old the first time he did
it.
During disclosure about Pam
Klassen, Kathy became very aggitated, and at
this time talked about it happening in Grandpa Klassen room with
both
Grandma and Grandpa Klassen. She used the anatomically correct
dolls to
demonstrate and stated that it happened on the bed.
She was then asked, "Were
Grandpa and Grandma Klassen on the bed too?"
her answer was, "they took turns."
"He fingered me in my vagina.
Touched her with his penis on bumand
vagina." Grandma Klassen was in the room while this was happening.
Accused #7, occurrence # 26722-91.
Accused name Maria Klassen. (being
Grandma Klassen)
Kathy Ross disclosure of Grandma
Klassen was "she always took me to the
bathroom, she always screwed me." Kathy then told a story
of the one
time Grandma Klassen bending over the toilet and Kathy giving
her a push
into the toilet.
Kathy was then asked about screwing.
Her answer was "She made me lay
down in the tub, with a towel underneath me and then used the
dolls to
demonstrate." First she called the big doll Pam, but changed
that to
Grandma Klassen. She then stated that she had stuff to talk about
Pam.
Showed dolls in the bathroom, Kathy lying on this towel. Said
Grandma
Klassen took her own clothes off, and Kathy's clothes off, as
well. Then
showed Kathy lying on top of Grandma Klassen, fingering her vagina
and
also fingering her bum.
Kathy seemed very tentative
and tired at this point in the interview.
She began to get

Quite smart alexy and stated
that it happened about 135 times. She
states that one time she and Michelle were at Pam's house for
10 days
while Dale and Anita were in Alberta. This was after Michael had
already
moved to the Thompson's (after Dec 89). At this time, it happened
in
Grandma Klassen's room, as well as, withboth Grandma and Grandpa
Klassen. She again used the dolls and said that she needed a big
boy
doll to. She then showed Grandma, Grandpa Klassen, and Kathy in
the bed,
and became very aggitated at this time.
She was then asked if Grandma
and Grandpa were in the bed at the same
time? Her answer was "they took turns. He fingered me in
my vagina,
touched her vagina and bum with his penis. But that Grandma was
still in
the room.
She then stated that Grandma
Klassen did the same thing with a finger in
the vagina and the bum, and did the same thing as in the bathroom.
Accused #8, occurrence number
26723-91, Accused Pamela Klassen (sister
of Dale Klassen and former foster parent) Kathy Ross disclosure
of the
abuse by Pamela Klassen is as follows:
It happened at Pam's house and
that Pam had moved several times. She
states that Pam touched Kathy lots, Dale was there, but not Anita.
She
then stated, "Pam screwed me, put her vagina on my vagina
and bum." Then
stated, "Pam made me touch her only in her vagina with my
finger, I had
to move my hand around, Pam made me move it around." She
then
demonstrated this with the dolls. She showed Pam taking Kathy's
hand and
moving it in a circular motion in her vagina. Kathy touched Pam's
nipples with her fingers, and her feet and with her mouth. She
stated
that she had to suck Pam's nipples, called the demonstration doll
Anita
at this time (Carol Bunko then asked Kathy if she had confused
Pam and
Anita) Kathy stated, "No," Kathy seemed quite aggitated
at this time,
Carol Bunko settled her down, and Kathy then started talking of
Pam
again.
She showed on the doll touching
with her finger, feet, and her mouth,
again Kathy became very aggitated. At the end of the disclosure
of
Grandpa and Grandma Klassen, Kathy again spoke of Pam Klassen
and stated
"In the bathroom she fingered me 136 times, she took my clothes
off."
Accused #9, occurrence number
26724-91, Accused name Daine Kvello
(sister to Anita Klassen and former foster parent)
Kathy Ross disclosure regarding
the abuse by Diane Kvello consisted of
"two days in a row we went to Dennis and Diane Kvello and
Anita and
Diane screwed me and Michelle." (this would coordinate with
what
Michelle Ross disclosed about going there on her birthday, 01
Mar 90,
and being taken there by Anita Klassen).

She then stated "Anita
screwed us first like I told how before on mine
and Michelle's birthday March 4th and 5th.
Dale was at Dennis and Diane's
and Dale did it to me and then Michelle
at Dennis and Diane's after Diane and Anita weren't screwing us
anymore.
It should be noted also the
disclosures by Michael Ross regarding the
abuse involving Dennis and Diane Kvello and Dale and Anita Klassen
with
Michael, Michelle and Kathleen Ross. The second incident involving
John
and Myrna Klassen, as well as Dennis and Diane Kvello, Dale and
Anita
Klassen and Michael, Kathleen and Michelle Ross and the three
Mayes
children in the basement chalk room.
Accused #10, occurrence number 26725-91, Accused name Dennis Kvello.
The only evidence of abuse by
Dennis Kvello is the disclosure by Michael
Ross involving Dennis and Diane Kvello and Dale and Anita Klassen
in the
basement chalk room with Michael, Michelle and Kathy Ross. The
second
incident involves Michael, Kathy and Michelle Ross and the three
Mayes
foster children (the foster children of the Kvello's) and involving
Dennis and Diane Kvello, Dale and Anita Klassen and John and Myrna
Klassen.

(Grandpa Klassen father of Crystal's foster mother, Pamela Klassen.)
Crystal Morin (Heinrichs) disclosure
of the abuse by Peter Klassen Sr.
(Grandpa Klassen) consisted of the following:
Crystal was asked question,
"Has anyone ever touched you that made you
feel bad or uncomfortable?" Crystal's answer was "Grandpa
Klassen,
Peter."
Crystal then related that she
was living at Pam Klassen foster home,
Crystal was 7 or 8 years old, she was four years old when she
first went
there, but was 7 or 8 when the abuse by Grandpa occurred. She
stated
that it happened at Pam's house in the basement playroom. She
didn't
know which house, because Pam had moved several times. Crystal
states
that just she and Grandpa Klassen were in the basement, and at
this time
"Grandpa just said, if I give you some money, can I see your
vagina."
Crystal then states that she removed her clothing and showed her
vagina
to Grandpa Klassen and that he had then given her $2. At this
time,
Grandpa had his clothes off and Crystal then stated that she didn't
remember who took hers off, she thought it was her. . . . next
