Michelle was then asked by Carol
Bunko that if Michelle was ever to tell
someone who did know her, did she think that they would believe
her. She
answered "no." She then asked if she had ever seen anything
like this on
television or a movie." Michelle answered "no, I was
really shocked when
I saw my mom doing it." (she repeated this twice).
Michelle then talked about being
on a video asked by Carol Bunko, Had
you ever seen yourself on a video? Stated, "Donald Ross took
videos of
us putting a stick in my mom, Helen Ross's bum. Then stated Helen
Ross
"took pictures of the dog and the cat about two weeks before
she was
going to kill them." Then stated, "mom and dad took
pictures of the dog
and cat when blood was coming out of their bums.
Michelle states that the pictures
of the dog and cat were taken with a
camera where the pictures came right out of the front and you
had to
wait for them to clear. These pictures were kept in mom and dads
room.
Michelle further states that
they watched the video where they put the
stick in her mom Helen's bum.
Carol Bunko then asked Michelle
what kind of videos her mom and dad
took? Michelle answered "sexual abuse videos, sometimes they
took fun
videos."
Michelle in her disclosure about
Anita Klassen states that her birth mom
and dad, Don and Helen Ross came over to Dale and Anita's once
"when
they brought the blood, they made us drink it." Nobody knew
that they
were drinking it, they had it in a box. Just Michelle Michael
and
Kathleen were in the room with them when they drank the blood."
She then showed me where Helen
Ross had cut her ear, when she was three
years old, and it had blood. She collected the blood in a jar
again, and
stated that her ear had been stitched by a doctor.
It should be noted that Michelle's
ear appears to have quite a scar on
it, and again this will be checked by Joe Yelland of circle drive
Medi-clinic regarding medical evidence of that.
Accused # 3, occurrence number
26728-91, accused name Donald White,
alias Shirtlif (boyfriend and live in with birth mom, Helen Ross
at
Laird SK.)
Michelle's disclosure regarding
Donald White consisted of Michelle again
using the anatomically correct doll. She used the adult male doll
to
represent Donald White. She states that Donald White lived alone
because
he broke up with his wife. Michelle used the adult female doll
to
represent her mother, and showed with a stick in her bum. She
then

Told us to try spinning he around,
but we couldn't because she was too
heavy, we need more people."
She then laid the male doll
down and states "Donald White told us to
suck it." (his penis) Michelle stated, "I'm not going
to suck it." But
showed with the female doll her doing it. Donald White had told
us to
put a stick in his bum, and then she states that we touch our
cousins.
We don't know their names because there are lots."
Michelle further states that
they never told anyone at the daycare
because it was private. She only told one friend. Her mom and
dad told
her that it was private, and that she was only aloud to tell one
friend
and she would be in big trouble if she told anymore. When asked
what
"big trouble" meant, she states either beating or more
sexual abuse.
She further states that uncle
Donald, being Donald White, would say
"come over here, you have to make a picture." But that
he would sexually
abuse her first.
Accused # 4, occurrence number
26729-91, accussed Peter Dale Klassen
(was the foster father of Michelle Ross). Michelle states that
Peter
Dale Klassen would put his fingers in my vagina and bum. States
that it
would happen in Dale's room and that Michelle had her clothes
off, and
Dale had his clothes on.
Michelle then demonstrated with
the anatomically correct dolls. She laid
the female doll "Michelle" on her stomach, with a male
doll (Dale) on
top. She indicated the penis in her anus and stated that this
had
happened in Dale's room, as well. She then showed the male doll,
Dale,
putting his penis in Michelle's vagina. Dale had also made Michelle
suck
his penis, and that he had touched her vagina and bum with his
penis.
Showed him putting his finger in her vagina and bum, as well.
Michelle was asked if she had
ever told anyone and she stated, "I told
Lyle and Marilyn (being the Thompson) Michelle was then asked,
Did you
ever tell Anita? She answered, "no she wouldn't have helped
us anyway."
Michelle further states that
Dale also did it to her at Dennis and
Diane's in their bathroom.
Accused #5, occurrence number
26730-91, accused name Anita Janine
Klassen (was foster mother of Michelle Ross)
Michelle was asked a question
by myself, who had touched her at Dale and
Anita's place? Her answer was, "The whole family did. Dale,
Anita,
Jackie and Trevor." She also named Pam Klassen, Dennis and
Diane Kvello
and Sherry and Sheldon Kvello and then talked of the Mayes kids.
She
then named Carey and Ken, but corrected this to Rick Klassen,
who lives

In Red Deer and little Crystal.
She further states that Big Crystal and
Mickey and Ashley had touched her, as well. I asked Michelle if
she
remembers the first day that she went to Dale and Anita Klassen's
and
she answered that she had been taken there by the social worker
and then
stated, **NOTE** It was exciting, I didn't think that they were
going to
sexually abuse us the way our mom and dad did, but they did."
Michelle states that with Anita
it happened in Anita's room, and in
Michelle's room. Michelle was made to suck Anita's boobs, and
Michelle
had to touch Anita's vagina. She had to put her finger in Anita's
vagina
and also suck her boobs. Michelle and Anita both had their clothes
off,
Anita touched Michelle's private parts. She put her finger in
Michelle's
vagina, in her bum and touched her boobs.
I then asked Michelle did you
ever have to touch Anita with any other
parts of your body besides your hands? Her answer was, "I
had to touch
her with my foot, with my mouth and I had to kiss her vagina and
bum."
Michelle then demonstrated with
the dolls how she had to touch Anita's
vagina with her foot where she put her foot into Anita's vagina
and bum.
She was asked how many times
did Anita touch you, or make you touch her,
and her answer was 5 or 6 times.
It should be noted also during
her disclosures of Diane Kvello that
Michelle talks of the girls being taken to the Kvello home where
Diane
could abuse the two girls and after Diane ad done it, Anita had
done it,
as well.
There is also the two incidents
related by Michael Ross, where Michael,
Michelle and Kathleen were all at the Kvello home, and Dale and
Anita
and Dennis and Anne (should read Diane) Kvello on one occasion
and the
six foster children and the six adults, Dennis and Diane, Dale
and Anita
Klassen, and Don (should read John) and Myrna Klassen had abused
the
children in the basement in the chalk room. This was not disclosed
by
Michelle, but was disclosed by Michael as having witnessed it
happen to
the girls, as well.
Accused #6, occurrence number
26731-91, accused Peter Klassen Sr.
(Grandpa Klassen, father of the foster parent of Michelle, Dale
Klassen). Michelle disclosure of Grandpa Klassen's abuse was that
grandpa Klassen would take her into the room at Pam'' house. "He
touched
me and put his penis in my mouth." Michelle states that Grandpa
had a
room upstairs at Pam's together with Grandma Klassen. She states
that
only Michelle and Grandpa Klassen were in the room. At this time,
she
used the anatomically correct dolls, putting the Michelle doll
on the
floor with Michelle lying down on the floor and Grandpa Klassen
putting
