Michelle Ross videotaped disclosures of sexual abuse.
First accused, occurrence #
26726-91, Donald Leo Ross consisted of her
disclosing that Donald Ross put his penis in Michelle, Kathleen
and
Michael's bum. Stated that happened in Donald's room and in the
bathroom. Further states that he stuck his finger in Michelle's
bum and
vagina, and that Michelle had to suck Donald Ross' penis and made
Helen
do it and the other kids watch. She further states that she saw
Donald
Ross make Michael stick his penis into Michelle bums and suck
Donald's
penis, as well, and also make Kathy do it.
It should be noted that there
is considerable disclosure again by
Michelle Ross regarding ritualistic abuse in which the main perpetrator
appear to be Helen Ross, however, Donald Ross is involved in this
as
well, and this will all be left in the body of occ #26727-91.
Accused # 2, occurrence number
26727-91, accused name Helen Susan Ross,
(birth mother to Michelle Ross also a deaf mute.)
When we first began the interview
with Michelle she took a knife out of
a bag that she brought along from the therapy home, being the
Thompson
home in Warmen. I then asked her if anyone had used the knife,
and she
answered, "My birth mom and dad on a baby."
Michelle then talked about a
good family, consisting of a mom and a dad,
(in handwriting-John and Myrna?) and kids named Jenny and a boy.
She
also talked of a bad family consisting of a mom and a dad, two
boys and
a girl, who lived on "Crescent." (We feel that this
could be Strebb
Cres.) in handwriting-Dale and Anita.
Michelle then states that her
birth mother Helen Ross used knives on a
baby, the good and the bad family each had a baby. The babies
were in
boxes because they were dead. The good families baby was in the
box.
Michelle then demonstrated tying
the babies on the table. She talked
about the good families mom being on the table, but getting away.
Michelle used the small dolls, being the boy and the girl. She
called
the girl Jenny. She states that it happened at the Ross' house
and that
the baby had been left with Helen Ross because she thought it
would be
safe, but it wasn't.
Michelle then states, "mom
(Helen Ross). Stuck a knife up her bum,
Michelle states that when the babies mother came back she asked
Helen
Ross "where is my baby?" you killed my baby? Helen Ross
had then written
on a paper, I can't tell you, three times over. Finally

She had written on the paper,
I killed it. Michelle states that the
baby's mother then said, "you're going to get in trouble,
I'm going to
tell the police." Michelle then stated, "But she didn't"
The mother then
asked where the baby was buried, Helen Ross had written "In
the garden."
Michelle states, "when
I saw the babies in the box, I was crying." She
stated that she was approx. 2 years old when this happened.
Michelle then demonstrated with
a knife, she states that it happened on
a table. Tied the hands and the feet to the corners of the table.
She
states that the baby was crawling. (being of that age). She then
demonstrated with the knife cutting the vagina. She then turned
the doll
over and demonstrated cutting the anus and stated "the blood
started
coming out."
She then stated that her mother
got a glass container, she had a whole
bunch of containers in the cupboard." Michelle then showed
how the blood
was collected, and stated "the babies didn't cry, because
it was dead.."
Helen Ross, Kathy, Michelle and Michael Ross were all present,
Donald
Ross was apparently not there when this happened.
Michelle then states that the
baby boys name was Jamie, was tied on a
table, he was cut on his penis and on his bum and the blood was
put in
the same container as the girls blood.
Michelle then states that she,
Helen Ross, always does things like this.
Showed pushing on the chest of the baby (before she pops out the
eyeballs) she then shows how the eyeballs were popped out with
a knife,
put the eyeballs in the container with the blood. She then stated
that
they weren't there for this one, but were at play school, but
Helen told
them that they did it. (Again both Carol Bunko-Ruys and I feel
that
possibly the children were actually there with her, but were denying
that they had been there to alleviate themselves of any
responsibility..)
Michelle then stated that the
first time that it happened, Helen cut the
penis of the baby boy, and that the boy was still alive, but he
was
bleeding all over. She states that the second time she cut the
penis,
she cut it right off, and put it in the container with the blood
and
then stated, "the baby was dead."
She then stated that she knew
that Helen had done this because Michael
and Kathy told her.
Michelle then talked about Helen
cutting Kathleen, asked about Michelle
and Michael then showed how Helen had cut her on her vagina and
anus.
She states that Helen had wrote on a paper, put her up higher,
not high
enough, and then showed arching Michelle's back to collect

The blood. She states that she
also saw Helen cutting Kathy and Michael.
She showed how Michael was tied to a table, his penis was cut,
and then
stated "she didn't cut it all the way off, just part of the
way, and
then cut his bum."
She put the blood in the baby
blood container, and put the container in
a cupboard in her bedroom. She states that "she has a special
lock on
the cupboard." And described the cupboard. Michelle states
that she left
her birth mom and dad when she was four years old and then talked
for a
while about the good and bad family touching in the bathroom.
Michelle Ross then disclosed
sexual abuse by her father Donald Ross and
after this disclosed sexual abuse by Helen Ross. She states that
Helen
did it twice. She came into Kathy and Michelle's room first and
made
Michelle suck her boobs. She stated that this happened in this
crescent
house, 310 Strebb Cres. That Helen had touched Michelle's vagina
and put
a stick in her bum. She demonstrated with the anatomically correct
dolls, Helen Ross standing up and Michelle putting the stick in
Michelle's bum.
Michelle then made a further
disclosure regarding ritualistic abuse
involving the dog and the cat. She stated that Helen didn't like
the dog
because my mom made it die. She put a knife up it's bum (again
demonstrated this with a knife and the stuff toy dog), inserted
the
knife in the dogs anus and twisted it around. Michelle, Kathleen,
Michael and Helen were present when she did this. She then demonstrated
how Helen cut the dog along the back and took out a bone. She
put the
dog's blood in the container and put the kids and peoples blood
in jars.
Michelle then states that her mother popped the dogs eyeballs
out and
put them in a jar with the blood. She then stated that the dead
dog was
dead and that it was put in a box. She then stated "the dog
wouldn't do
nothing because it was dying."
Michelle then showed with a
stuffed cat putting a knife in the cats
anus. She again showed it being cut along the back by Helen, stated
it
didn't meow and then stated "had to take five bones out because
they
were smaller." She stated at this time Donald Ross, Helen
Ross,
Michelle, Kathleen and Michael were all present. Stated that Donald
Ross
cut out the cats eyeballs and stated that dad, being Donald Ross
did the
eyeballs of the cat, mom did the eyeballs of the dog.
At this time in the interview
Michelle stated that she wanted a
container. She was provided with one. When she said that the cat
didn't
live with them, that my mom bought a nice white cat, and we had
it about
one week. Used the container showing collecting the blood from
the dogs
anus, and putting the eyeballs into it. We then collected blood
from the
cat, put the dog and the cat in a box, used a plastic bag and
the dog
and the cat were in the same box. Michelle then stated that the
dog was
already buried, but they dug it up and put the cat in the box,
as well. next
