Disclosures by Michael was: When grandma and me did it, I had to put my
penis in her bum. "She stuck her fingers in my bum"

Michael stated that it happened in Grandma Klassen's room in Pam's
house. That Michael and Grandma and Marie would both have their clothes
off, and that sometimes that it happened that same day that Grandpa
Peter did it and sometimes it happened on different days. Stated that it
happened with grandma eight or seven times, and that grandma gave him
$1.50 to $3 and stated "I got it for a good screw." He further stated
that he had to suck Grandma Klassen's boobs.

Accused # 9, occurrence number 26710-91, accused Carey Klassen, DOB
unknown, possibly address Red Deer Alberta, (Carey is a sister-in-law of
Dale Klassen and the wife of Richard Klassen, occurrence number
26711-91.)

Michael Ross' disclosure regarding Carey Klassen was "I had to put my
penis in her bum" He stated that it happened in various rooms, upstairs
in the house where they lived and that it happened approx. 10 times.
Sometimes it happened the same days that Rick Klassen did stuff to
Michael and sometimes Rick wasn't home. He stated that when they were
doing it, Carey had nothing on. Michael further admits that he has also
sexually assault "little Crystal Klassen at the Howard Coads Rink.
Little Crystal is the daughter of Richard and Carey Klassen. Possibly at
the time of these occurrence, Richard and Carey Klassen were living in
Laurier Village, Saskatoon.

Occurrence # 26711-91, accused Richard Klassen, DOB 61-03-27, possibly
address Red Deer Alberta, brother of Dale Klassen and husband of Carey
Klassen. Disclosure of Michael Ross regarding Richard Klassen consisted
of the fact that they lived in an apartment. He described it as being an
apartment similar to Laurier Village and that it was in that area. He
states, "Rick put his penis in my bum, and I had to suck his penis."
Then states, "I put my penis in Richard's bum. It happened in Rick's
house or at Anita's house. At Anita's house it always happened in the
basement and it happened there 5-10 times. Michael then drew a picture
of Rick and Carey's place and in which room that it happened in. It
happened with Rick upstairs and in the basement. Rick would have his
underwear on and was told "if Michael told, Rick would shoot him with a
gun."

Accused # 11, occurrence # 26711-91, accused John Klassen was that
Michael first disclosed having sex with Robbie and Jenny Klassen, this
being the birth children of John and Myrna Klassen. Stated that it
happened both at Dale and Anita's and at John and Myrna's place. Stated
that he didn't go to John and Myrna's place very often.

Regarding his disclosure of John Klassen, he stated that John would put
his penis in Michael's bum. That it happened in an exercise room where
there were weights, etc., in the basement of John and Myrna's house.
Stated that it happened on the floor and that Michael had to "do it to
John too." When they went downstairs John would tell Michael that they
were going to have a screw. Michael and John had both had their clothes
off and it happened about 9 times with John Klassen. Michael then stated
totally unsolicited "he's probably doing it to his own kids too."

It should be noted that Michael made a disclosure regarding a happening
at Dennis and Diane Kvello's, which involved Dennis and Diane Kvello,
Dale and Anita Klassen, and John and Myrna Klassen. In this disclosure
he states that all of these six adults were in the chalk room in the
basement of the Kvello's home and that Michael, Michelle, Kathleen and
the three Mayes children Stephen, Shannivia and Sarde, were also there
and that everyone had done it to each other, including John Klassen.

Accused # 12, occurrence number 26713-91. Myrna Klassen, DOB unknown,
address unknown, (sister-in-law to Dale Klassen and wife of John
Klassen)

Disclosure of Michael Ross of abuse by Myrna Klassen.

"I had to suck her boobs and put my penis in her vagina and bum."
Michael stated that it happened in the basement of John and Myrna's
house and that it happened in the basement or in John and Myrna's room.
If both John and Myrna did it on the same day, usually John did it
first. Did the same thing at Dale and Anita's, as at John and Myrna's
house.

Went on to state that sometimes all the adults did it with Kathleen,
Michelle and Michael, except that John and Myrna's and Dale and Anita's
kids were upstairs. Then stated that Myrna did it to Michelle and John
did it to Michael and Dale did it to Kathy and Dale and Anita did it to
us, being Michael, Kathleen and Michelle.

Then told a story of the abuse at Dennis and Diane' Kvello in the chalk
room, where the six adults, Dennis and Diane Kvello, Dale and Anita
Klassen and John and Myrna Klassen, stated "They would take the six
foster kids into the chalk room into the basement with John and Myrna,
Dale and Anita, and Dennis and Diane. The six foster children being the
three Ross children and the three Mayes children. Michael then stated,
"Each adult stuck their penis in our bums, they did it on the floor in
the chalk room, while their own children were upstairs watching
television." Michael stated that he was 8-9 years old when this
happened.

Saskatoon (brother-in-law to Anita Klassen, also foster parent to Mayes
children)

During Michael's disclosure he told of two incidents which involved
Dennis Kvello. In neither of these incidents did he state that it
happened with Dennis alone. But both incidents occurred at the Kvello
home. In one of the incidents, Dennis and Diane Kvello, as well as Anita
and Dale Klassen and the three foster children, Michael, Michelle and
Kathleen Ross all went downstairs into the chalk room. Michael then
states, "everyone took turns putting their penis' in vaginas and penis'
in butts. The guys stuck their penis' in my butt. He was told that hey
better not tell anyone or they'd be dead meat." At Dennis and Diane
Kvello's Michael also saw Anita doing it to Michelle and Kathy Ross.

During a disclosure regarding Myrna Klassen, Michael again told of an
incident involving Dennis Kvello, at this time it occurred at the Kvello
home and involved six adults being Dennis and Diane Kvello, Dale and
Anita Klassen, and John and Myrna Klassen. At this time it involved six
children, being Michelle, Michael and Kathleen Ross and Stephen,
Shannivia and Sarde Mayes. At this time, the children were taken into
the chalk room in the basement at the Kvello home and according to
Michael, "each adult stuck their penis' in our bum, they did it on the
floor in the chalk room, the other kids, that being the Kvello and
Klassen kids were upstairs watching TV, and Michael was approx. 8 years
old when this happened.

Accused # 14, occurrence number 26715-91, accused Diane Kvello, DOB
53-01-26, 3441 Centennial Drive, Diane is a sister to Anita Klassen, who
is also a foster parent of the Mayes children.

Michael Ross' only disclosure of abuse by Diane Kvello are the incidents
which occurred at the Kvello home involving Dennis and Diane Kvello and
Dale and Anita Klassen, and the three Ross children, Michael, Michelle
and Kathleen. It occurred in the basement of the Kvello home, in the
"chalk room." Michael states that everyone took turns, meaning that all
of the adults took turns with the three Ross children, putting penis' in
vaginas and penis' in butts, as well as touching. He states that on
another incident there were six adults involved, being Dennis and Diane
Kvello, Dale and Anita Klassen and John and Myrna Klassen. At this time,
it had involved the six foster children, being Michael, Michelle and
Kathleen Ross, Stephen, Shannivia, and Sarde Mayes. At this time, again,
each adult took turns sticking penis' in our bums, occurred in the chalk
room in the basemnet of the Kvello home.next
