Michelle. It would appear that the majority of this time that the abuse
occurred, all three of the Ross children were present with their birth
parents, or at least one of their parents.

Michael was asked, how many times did it happen in the livingroom? He
stated, three times a week on Strebb Cres. Which appears to be a duplex.
They had moved from the 8th St. address when he was approx. 5 years of
age. After the Strebb Cres.address moved to 1813 Ave C North, where
apparently Donald Ross is still residing.

Michael states that they would often go over to friends houses all of
the same sexual abuse things happened to the children there. He stated
the adults did it first, and then the adults then flipped quarters, a
boy or a girl. Michael said that when he flipped a paper quarter, mom
and dad knew it was time to do sexual abuse.

A lot of the disclosure that Michael gives in further in the report is
in conjunction with abuse that occurred with Helen Ross and this
includes the ritualistic abuse of both the children and the animals.

Disclosure # 2,********** (Blacked out) DOB 58-10-04 (birth mother of

Helen Ross is a deaf mute.

During the disclosure by Michael Ross on 90-10-20, he began speaking of
his mother Helen Ross. At this time, he was asked by Carol Bunko,
regarding Helens' touching in the livingroom. Michael stated to this
that he would demonstrate with the dolls. He took the female adult doll
and using his finger he put the finger of the doll into the small male
doll, which he had called Michael and put his finger into the anus and
also rubbed his penis. Michael said that Helen did this to Michelle and
to Don Ross as well. Michael also demonstrated with Helen lying down,
and he lying on top of her, he humped her, kissed boobs, her vagina, as
well as her anus. Michael also demonstrated Michelle and Kathleen with
the female dolls putting their fingers in Helens' anus and vagina.
Michael was asked if mom and dad did anything else, and to this he
stated, "they'd make us to everything that's in the book.

During disclosures of abuse of cat, he said that he needed a rope for
demonstration and at this time drew pictures, and stated "they used to
tie us to the table, Michelle,

Michael, and Kathleen and then do sexual abuse to us. He drew quite
vivid pictures of how this was accomplished.

Michael then in his disclosure of 90-10-20 at 1436 hours, began a
disclosure of ritualistic abuse. The first thing that he said was that
he wanted to do a demonstration. "Now, the cat and dog." Apparently it
was Michael's dog and Michelle and Kathleen's cat.

Michael had brought along a toy stuff dog and a cat, as well as, knifes
that he had picked out from the utensil drawer at the Thompson home.
Michael felt these knifes were similar to the ones that his birth mom
and dad had used at their home. Michael then said that he needed a
container for part of his demonstration. I then got Michael some coffee
cups.

"When my mom and dad cut the dog," Michael showed putting the knife into
the dogs' anus, stated everyone was there, the good family, as yet
undetermined as who they might be, the bad family. Possibly his Uncle
Ken Bohn from Weyburn (and Michelle, Michael, and Kathleen). He stated
that his mom and dad said in sign language "go get the knife from the
kitchen." Michael demonstrated with a female doll, this being Helen
Ross. He showed Helen dancing around with the knife, Michael then held
the dog and Helen Ross put the knife in the dogs anus. As soon as the
knife went into the dogs' anus, the dog dropped. Michael stated that the
knife was all bloody, that they wiped the knife off with a dishtowel. He
then demonstrated with the stuffed dog and the female anatomically
correct doll Helen Ross cutting the dog along the back. Apparently one
bone in the dogs back that she didn't like and she took that bone out.
It was big enough for some pieces, he stated. The bones were then put
into a container with dogs' blood. They also put the container by the
dogs' anus to collect the dogs' blood, as It was bleeding from it's
anus. Michael further states that Helen Ross cut the dogs' eyes out,
stated "trying to pop the eyeballs out." He then showed that after the
eyeballs had been popped out, that they were put into the blood jar.

He stated that there were two containers with blood, bones, and eyes.
They were plastic containers with lids.

Helen Ross then took one container and drank half of the blood. Michael,
Michelle, and Kathleen Ross were also made to drink from this container.
He states that the dog was then put into a box, but before the dog died,
Helen Ross had taken pictures of it. Michael states that Helen and
Donald Ross had tried to force Michael to cut the dogs head off. And
states, "they all laughed when it happened to the dog." He stated that
this had happened to the dog at 310 Strebb Cres.

Michael then gave me three pictures of three homes that he remembered
living in. Apparently,

He had taken the Thompsons around and they had taken photographs of
these homes. One of the homes was 1813 Ave C North, where he stated the
cat had been cut up. A second one on an 8th St. address, possibly 130
8th St. East. Stated that "they just sexually abused here." And the
third one was 310 Strebb Cres. Where the dog was cut up.

Michael further states that after he had moved to Dale and Anita
Klassens' foster home they had gone to Don and Helen Ross' for a weekend
at 1813 Ave. C North for a weekend visit. "That's when the cat got
abused."

Michael showed with a knife in the cats' anus, cut up the cat, took the
bones out, cut out the eyeballs and put the cat in a box and buried it
in the garden. Again he stated that both Helen and Donald Ross were
responsible for that.

Michael then wanted rope for a demonstration of Michael, Michelle and
Kathleen being tied to a table.

He states that then the blood containers would then be put in a cupboard
in Donald and Helen Ross' bedroom and that the containers were marked.

Michael stated that Donald Ross had at one time phoned Anita (have some
problem with that because him being a deaf mute, how he phoned Anita)
and told her that they killed the cat and wanted her to give Michael,
Michelle, and Kathleen a scar on the penis, vagina and bum.

He then stated that both Helen and Donald Ross had cut Michael's penis
to get blood out had collected the blood in a different kind of
container, Tupperware or something. They had put little notes on the
container, example cats blood, dogs blood, baby's blood, Michael's blood
and Kathy's blood.

It should be noted at this time that there are some scarring on the
children in different locations, Michelle Ross' ear, Kathleen Ross has a
very thin scar running down her back and Michael apparently on his
penis. The children again will be taken back to Dr. Joe Yelland at
Circle Park Medi-Clinic for a more thorough examination of the
possibility that they concur with the children's' disclosures.

It should be noted that we had then stopped for a break, and as we
stopped for the break Michael yelled very loudly, "My mom and dad are
fuckers." We then stopped for a break and resuming the interview, he was
asked again regarding the dog and cat. He then stated or asked before
they were killed did anyone have to touch them?"
Michael then showed with the dolls, Donald Ross had only his underwear
on, Helen Ross had her panties and bra on. He then stated that they
would put their vagina and penis' and fingers into the dogs. When
