'In the darkness of secrecy, sinister interest and evil in every shape have fullswing. Only in proportion as publicity has place, can any of the checks applicable to judicial injustice operate. Where there is no publicity there is no justice'. 'Publicity is the very soul of justice. It is the keenest spur to exertion and the surest of all guards against improbity. It keeps the judge himself while trying under trial'. -- Jeremy Bentham

This page is not available because the Vopnis have been threatened that if they go public with the story, they may be unsuccessful in their attempts to get justice before the courts. injusticebusters thinks it is extremely important that Saskatchewan citizens know just how widespread the child apprehension business is, who is doing it and who is letting it happen.

If you have read about the Vopnis story and Aaron's achievements, then you must realize that if it can happen to this family it can happen to anyone.

Meanwhile, for a look at a dark story of the Saskatchewan legal system's corrupt history, check out the Gerald Morris story.
